President

Captain James H. Miller attended Kings Point Maritime Academy. He holds Master Licensure (any gross tons upon Oceans) including First Class Pilot.  Captain Miller has over 30 years of sea-going experience in positions that range from tugs to VLCC’s. Additional training and experience include Crude Oil Washing Systems, Inert Gas Systems, Marine Vapor Recovery, Basic & Advanced Marine Firefighting and Medical Emergencies at Sea.  Captain Miller is also a certified ABS internal auditor.
