Limited License Instructor

Captain Richard Weyandt is the lead instructor for the Limited License Captain, Able Seaman and Basic Safety Training Courses. He has worked in the transportation industry for over 32 years and holds an Unlimited Master License. Captain Weyandt retired from Maersk Lines Limited with a range of sailing experiences that include working on Large Commercial Bulk Carriers to Special Mission Government Vessels. Richard’s practical and down to earth thinking helps his students relate to any difficult lesson or concept.
